I'm Daniel Diaz, founder of Laguna Construction. For over 15 years, I've been doing the full job right here in Denver. I'm not just swinging a hammer, I'm guiding every homeowner through the complete process: design, structural planning, permit submissions, material selection, and the final finished product.

One thing that sets us apart: I hold my own General Contractor license. A lot of companies have to partner with a licensed GC just to legally pull permits or create layout designs. With Laguna Construction, the license, the design, and the build are all under one roof.

I stay on site, communicate clearly, and treat every basement like it's my own home. My reputation is built on referrals, and that means every project has to be done right.

Licensed General Contractor

Daniel holds his own GC license — meaning he can legally design layouts, pull permits, and manage the full build without partnering out to a third party. Most smaller contractors can't say that.
